Lanice was absolutely amazing with my daughter! She took her time to explain every single step of the braces process, which put us both at ease. She was incredibly gentle throughout the appointment and constantly checked in to make sure my daughter was comfortable and doing okay. I highly recommend Lanice to anyone looking for a caring, thorough, and patient professional!

Dr. Behl’s office and staff is simply wonderful! They are kind, prompt, and always above and beyond with service! We are more than pleased and would refer everyone to their office! Jayla especially was so fun!!! made the day my son got his braces off, one we will never forget! Thank you Behl team!! 🤩

My son just started his Invisalign treatment this week at Behl Orthodontics, and we had a wonderful experience! Natalie was our assistant, and she was incredibly friendly, patient, and thorough. She took the time to explain every step of the process to my son, making sure he felt comfortable and confident. The appointment was quick and efficient, but we never felt rushed. Natalie matched my son's excitement about starting his Invisalign journey, which made the experience even more special for him. Dr. Behl and his team have created a welcoming and positive environment, and we are looking forward to continuing treatment with them. I would definitely recommend Behl Orthodontics to any parent looking for excellent orthodontic care for their child!

We were not new patients today at the Yorktown location but had not visited in a while because we had went elsewhere. Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had here and ever in my life honestly. The wait to be seen was 45 - 50 minutes. We were given the worst dental assistant. She was visibly upset at being understaffed, did not greet us, and did not ask any questions as far as patient well being, concerns, etc. For the cleaning, she did not use the overhead light. I’m not even sure if she flossed him. We waited another 15 - 20 minutes to be seen by the doctor. She was okay and suggested treatment for a cavity but she did not perform any other clean up that I have seen other doctors do such as scaling. We were then seen out (still very poor customer service). At the front desk, we attempted to schedule his appointment for the filling and get estimated out of pocket costs but because our insurance wasn’t updated at the start of the appointment by the front desk person, we were told we would get a call back by the end of the day. All in all, we will be trying another location for the filling. This was a terrible experience and I will not be spending money on what would probably

I had a wonderful experience with the orthodontic staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive from the very beginning. A special mention to Melo, who did an excellent job with my permanent lingual retainer. Melo was very careful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was comfortable and secure. The office is clean, well organized, and it’s clear they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this orthodontic office to anyone looking for quality care.
